Grilled Tuna Melt
What you need:
individual can of tuna in water, flaked
drop of non-fat miracle whip dressing/mayo
1 TBSP chopped green onions
1 slice of flourless/whole wheat bread
1 slice of non-fat chedder cheese
1. Mix tuna, dressing, onions
2. Cut bread in half.
3. Spread tuna mixture on one slice of bread. Cover with cheese and remaining bread slice.
4. Cook in a non stick skillet or a grill sprayed v. lightly with Pam spray until it's golden brown on both sides.
ENJOY!
