Buffalo Chicken Salad
One of my all-time favorites and it fits into the 5 factor diet too! BONUS! I like to keep it simple but you could add more veggies and stuff to it.
What you need:
Chicken completely cooked and then quickly cooked in Franks Hot sauce
A big bowl of torn, crisp romaine lettuce
A bit of shaved cheese (I like to use mozzerella or swiss - anything non fat)
Sliced red onions rings
Any fat free dressing
Make it
1. Combine all ingredients except cheese and dressing in bowl
2. When ready to serve add dressing and toss. Top with cheese. Serve!
